Symposium fee:
- USD 750 – EARLY BIRD fee (valid until 31st May 2025)
- USD 850 – After 1st June 2025 and for non-members (who may become USG members for 2025 through this payment)
These fees include:
- Meals and venues visited
- Programming during entire symposium
- Local transportation during the symposium
These fees exclude:
- Flights and transport to the hotel
- Accommodation – please arrange your own booking. We will suggest hotel options
- Visa (depending on your country of origin)*
*Please note: visa requirements apply for nationals of certain countries in Africa and Asia. We will provide invitation letters to help facilitate timely visa applications.
