Sleep and sleep disturbances are increasingly recognised as determinants of women’s health and well-being, particularly in the context of the menstrual cycle, pregnancy, and menopause. This webinar will highlight some of the areas in a woman’s life where sleep may be compromised and why. Practical solutions for improving areas of sleep health will also be discussed along with time for questions at the end of the session.
